The suite was spacious and provided an very nice view. i found the spa fully equipped with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. my friends and i got a 1-hour massage. It was very nice.
The housekeeping team's behavior felt uncomfortable. i noticed they kept looking at guests in an unprofessional way. the twin beds were not joined to create a king-size bed. This is a simple standard in hotels.

really good service beautiful view necessary amenities prompt service
i experienced really good service . the room was upgraded to an executive suite with a beautiful sea view. it was impeccably clean with all necessary amenities present. i requested extra towels and slippers from housekeeping and received them promptly from shahroz.

the breakfast at the restaurant had variety and delicious options. i found the chefs at wabi sabi to be excellent for dinner. shoon, a waitress, was attentive and eager to help during my dining experience.

the hotel had games on level one like table football billiards and ping pong. i found the beach to be clean and open, great for walking. the health club facilities included a sauna and steam room i found useful.

Latifa at reception warmly welcomed me and provided an upgrade. i was contacted a day before arrival regarding my arrival time. i found the staff helpful and friendly anytime i needed something. It.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to a pleasant, walkable beach. the hotel offered sea views from the room. the surroundings encouraged relaxation for an amazing holiday with kids. It was a win for us.

totally amazing stay!
fantastic team lovely dinner
I am so happy. Everything was so fantastic. the staff were really good, even upgrading us to a villa when they knew it was my birthday! the restaurant team also made my birthday dinner lovely, totally amazing.
The air conditioning broke in the middle of the night, around 1 am. It wasn't fixed until 3 am, made sleep impossible! i really think they could improve this

The views of snoopy island were amazing adding to the overall magic. the hotel is right across snoopy island. this island has the best areas in the uae for snorkeling. It's totally amazing
